Diabetes Support Group

Come and experience a night of learning, encouragement, and camaraderie with people facing the everyday challenges of living with Diabetes. Monthly meetings are led by a Henry Ford Certified Diabetes Educator with topics being set the month before by the group. You can come and listen to others share their experience or talk about your own.
